Lean into Fall with a new Shawl

Hello friends!

I know it has been some time since I've posted here and I am going to do my best to be better about keeping this a bit more current.

This week and month ahead are filled with some of my favorites things...cooler temps, sunshine, motorcycle rides, knitting, and Notre Dame football. As we head into the cooler mornings and evenings, I find myself reaching for something to throw around my shoulders and lately it's been my Twilight Shawl.

Twilight is an asymmetrical shawl knit from the bottom up. You decrease on each right side row resulting in you shawl growing smaller and closer to being ready to wear. Mixed throughout are squishy cables which fall away as you near the finish.

Knit in worsted weight, this is a quick project to add to your Fall Wardrobe. My sample features Magpie Fibers Nest Worsted in colorway Twilight Rose. This beautiful Corriedale Wool was a joy to knit with and I loved the finished result.

To get started with your own Twilight Shawl...grab the pattern (it's 25% off through Sunday, Sept 12, 2021 with CODE: TWILIGHT), I suggest size US 9/5.5 mm needles, at least 766 yd/700 m of worsted weight yarn, a cable needle and cozy up with a great audiobook or movie as you cast on.

Can't wait to see your shawls ... more new designs are coming soon!

Happy Making friends!

xo,

Crystal
