The Solitude Cowl uses six different DK mini’s and features a lace pattern throughout with a subtle colorwork transition between color changes. Solitude is both written and charted for your preference.

YARN
Designed for light DK weight yarn. Uses 324 yd/296 m.
Sample knit in Palmer Yarn Co DK mini (100% Superwash Merino, 54 yd/49 m, 20g).
NEEDLES
US 5/3.75 mm 16”/40 cm or 20”/50 cm circular needle
GAUGE
20.5sts x 32 rnds = 4”/10 cm in pattern, knit in round, unblocked
Note: Gauge is not crucial for this project but will have an impact on your final size and yardage required.
Almost all yarn in the DK mini is used; if you do choose to gauge swatch, you will need this yarn to finish your cowl.
