Will you join for the Eckert Street KAL?

Hi friend, How are you? Settled into new routines as we transition into this next season? I cannot believe we now have less than 90 days until we ring in 2021. How did this year go by so quickly? I don't know about you, but I feel like I didn't do much for the first few months and then summer just flew by as I spent more time outdoors with friends (at a safe distance of course) and escaped on a few little weekend getaways within driving distance. What have you been doing to keep yourself busy? So I thought it would be fun do to something different and something I have not done yet. (insert nervousness here!)

While we settle into the fall season here in the US, I thought it would be fun to have a KAL (knit-a-long) with the NEW Eckert Street Shawl pattern collection. There are four options, something for everyone. Each shawl has so much texture it really makes them rather cozy to have around your neck or shoulders. Here are the details... We will cast-on Thursday, October 8th and the KAL will run for 6-weeks (ending November 19th). You can share your progress either on Instagram with hashtag #EckertStreetShawlsKAL or through Ravelry in the Group Thread, HERE. Throughout the 6-weeks there will be video tutorials, lots of chats and laughs, and in the end some prizes (from some of my favorite people...I'll share more later).  Here are the dimensions and yardage needed. Each shawl is knit in fingering weight and the samples were knit in The Fibre Co. Cumbria Fingering.
